Basic/Beginning Mat

The first level of the Mat System will jump-start your body to a new level of physical well-being. This class will instill the proper techniques of Pilates and welcomes the novice as well as the beginner.

Intermediate Mat

This class teaches the intermediate Mat System which introduces challenging movements to the Beginning work. The knowledge and control of your body is the lifetime reward.

Fusion Yoga

This class is a combination of Flow Yoga, Pilates Mat, and Dance techniques. This class will accommodate the beginner as well as the advanced student.

Advanced Mat

This class focuses on the core movements learned in the Beginning and Intermediate Mat Series at an accelerated pace. This work of mind-body connection and conditioning challenges even the upper level athlete.

 

Gyrokinesis

This class involves movement principles from yoga, dance, gymnastics, swimming, and Thai-chi. There is a heavy emphasis on breathing patterns as a means to stimulate the nervous system during exercise.
